Redesigning the iManage Works application, I led the transformation of its user experience by addressing design inefficiencies, functionality gaps, and responsiveness issues. By implementing a modern, intuitive interface and streamlining navigation, I enhanced user engagement, reduced friction, and improved task efficiency. The new responsive design ensures seamless usability across all devices, enabling a more consistent and enjoyable experience for users.

The audit

The strategy was to conduct a comprehensive design audit of the platform to identify areas where design principles and best practices were overlooked. I created prototypes, gathered feedback, and employed an iterative process to ensure continuous improvement.

User Interviews

A research method I used to collect in-depth information on our users opinions, thoughts, experiences, and feelings. Conducted as a one-on-one conversation with existing users to understand their needs, experiences, and pain points.

Defining the flow

I mapped out the sequence of interactions and transitions that users will experience as they navigate through the features and functionalities. By carefully orchestrating these flow, I ensured that users can intuitively move through the application, accomplishing tasks efficiently and effectively.
